Tenants - Help shape the Renters' Rights Act guidance

Your experience matters - help shape national guidance by working with MHCLG’s Private Rented Sector Division.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG),Private Rented Sector Division would like to test a piece of Renters’ Rights Act guidance with tenants who rent privately to see how easy it is to understand and act on.

The are looking for:

  • people who are currently renting a private sector property in England
  • preferably living or have lived in a HMO
  • preferably have some awareness of their rights as a tenant

 

During the session you will be asked to read the guidance and then share your feedback. This is a great opportunity to help shape and improve government guidance and make sure it works for tenants.

Sessions will be:

  • 1 hour long
  • via MSTeams
  • recorded (with consent)
  • during working hours
